這是一款綽約多姿的粉紅香檳,會隨時間慢慢展現豐富的層次與韻味。

篩選來自兩個不同風土條件的頂級皮諾莫尼耶(Pinot Meunier),運用費時費工的出血法(Saignée)釀造,年產僅五百瓶,為酒廠八個世代以來首次嘗試的最新酒款,採用金屬壓製心型酒標,匠心獨具。
剛入口時充滿紅色水果和櫻桃的清甜果香,漸漸透露些許在紅酒中找得到的肉味和野味,隨後,甘草和香料的氣息緩緩散出,優雅而明顯的酸度一直表現到悠長的尾韻中,隱隱點綴著些許紫羅蘭花香。

六,七十年代的英式搖滾,輕鬆的音律襯著沈穩中帶點迷幻的吉他與貝斯和弦,詞語內斂,蘊涵的情感在字詞間隨著歌曲漸揚,細膩而有序的鋪陳,如同這款特別的粉紅香檳,不經意地以為她清新柔順,細細了解她後慢慢便感受到她的剛柔並濟與深蘊內涵。

A small fraction of sparkling rosé is produced by bleeding.

The Champagne Rose bleeding is obtained by macerating short way (a few hours) the must with the skin of the grapes. The natural pigments in the skin grains of black grapes (Pinot Noir or Pinot Meunier) will color the juice enriching their aromatic components. After maceration, the vat is bled. That is to say, the content is emptied in order to separate the wort skins. This rosé Champagne most vinous bleeding and richer than the assembly generally shows a pink dress with a more intense pink nuances which obviously vary from one year to another.

The champagne “Coeur de Pinot “is make this year with only Pinot Meunier of Cormicy village. That wine has got at the same time full body and roundness  with notes of cherry and blackcurrant.
