此款酒為紀念酒廠第二代女主人—梅蘭妮逝世百年紀念款。
嚴選產自Cormicy村莊的40年夏多內老葡萄藤的葡萄製成。釀造過程中置於橡木桶中6-8個月，並存放於酒窖中5年熟成。

白花叢中前方傳來古老的民謠，渾厚的女中音與三絃琴，愈走愈近，輕鬆民謠旋曲中透露著遠古幽情，淡微的懷舊惆悵，古老沉鐘和著糖果店的清甜空氣，一個溫喣的下午，任由放縱。

擁有顯著的酸度，口感渾厚細緻，餘韻留存，有著糖漬水果、蜂蜜與甜麵包的香氣。是燭光晚餐與品酒場合的理想酒款，且非常適合搭配鵝肝醬等高級料理。

Boulard Bauquaire Brut CUVÉE MÉLANIE｜ 100% Chardonnay

This Blanc de Blancs comes from a selection of old vineyards (aged 40 years) of Cormicy village. This champagne benefits from a particular wine making in oak barrels from 6-8 months and then approximately 5 years of aging in the cellars.

The palate is soft, full of fineness and great length. Aromas of candied fruits, honey and brioche (sweet bread). Champagne ideal for romantic evening or serious tasting with connoisseurs. Perfect with fine dishes as foie gras too.
