粉紅香檳擁有美麗細緻的氣泡，酒色呈現如鮭魚般極緻澄淨的粉紅色澤。
一開始的香氣為新鮮水果味，醒酒後會散發出糖漬水果的味道，尾味則帶有罌粟花的香氣。入口後會在嘴中達成一種豐富而絕妙的平衡，在品嚐的時候，味覺與嗅覺都可以感受到葡萄柚與柳橙的芬香滋味，美麗的風味餘韻留存。

Bernard Tornay Brut ROSÉ｜80% Chardonnay 20% Pinot Noir

The bubbles are of a great fineness, they create a thin cordon at the top of the wine. The body, of medium intensity, is beautiful with light reflects of salmon pink. The clearness of the wine is excellent.

The first nose reveals a nice fresh fruit. In the open air, the maturity of the wine will be revealed with notes of crystallized fruits. At the end, a smell of Nemours poppy.

The mouth is full and supple with a  perfect balance. The fruit, perceived by the nose, is confirmed in the mouth. Some flavors of pink grapefruits and hint of orange. A final supple with a great length.

A rosé not only characterized by the color but also its character. It will work wonders in the course of the dinner.
